DISRUPTING THE SECURITY GUARDING INDUSTRY; LEVERAGING CUTTING EDGE TECH

DSC00280_edited.jpg

While conventional security guarding is heavily human resource dependent, relying on patrolling security guards to detect incidents and threats, VGRM deploys smaller, more nimble, yet more effective security guard forces. VGRM acheives this by augmenting physical security (personnel) with state of the art surveillance, threat and incident detection, perimeter hardening technology. VGRM leverages best in class tech and innovations to incorporate within our security operations, enhancing service deliverables, reducing cost and effectively reducing our customers' over all risk profile.

Automation, Artificial Intelligence and drone technology are key pillars of VGRM’s global strategy. We harness the power of automation and Al to enhance the capabilities, efficiency, safety and cost effectiveness of our security  services.

Through advanced algorithms, machine learning, and computer vision, VGRM, utilises AI driven video surveillance and drones to perform complex tasks, such as autonomous threat detection, object recognition, and intelligent data analysis.

  • Cost redution

  • Process automation

  • Reduction of human error

  • Autonomous and real-time threat and incident detection

  • Enhanced security, risk management

  • Enhanced operational capabilities

SECURITY PERSONNEL

Our security guards revceive comprehensive training, ensuring well rounded, competent and profesional personnel. We pay special attention to customer facing roles, conflict management and rules on the use of force.

Our personnel are tracked and monitored by our Global Secuirity Operations Center GSOC for increased accountability and real-time operations management.

VGRM maintains a regularly updates databse of civilian, as well as former military, law enforcement, intelligence and private security professionals and operatives from multinational backgrounds to include UK, US, EU, Egyptian, South American, Ugandan and Nepalese. Team composition is ultimately determined based on locale, risk profile, operational objectives, and operational environment.

MEDIUM TO HIGH RISK OPERATIONAL THEATRES

VGRM is accustomed to working in medium to high risk operational theatres includeing conflict zones. VGRM deploys competent former military personnel for corporate, industrial, diplomatic, government and non government clients to protect overseas assets, critical infrasturcture and to support overseas operations.

VGRM’s Global Security Operations Centre GSOC is manned 24/7 365 days a year. It is responsible for coordinating global operations and logistics. GSOC trackings and monitors personnel, assets and clients, and provides operational support to our operatives in real-time, whether on land, at sea or in the air. GSOC offers international travel support to our clients and their staff, always there to provide support, risk mitigation and crisis management. As such, GSOC is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing emergency response, evacuation, repatriation and medevac.

VGRM also has the capacity to set up Remote Operation Control Centres (ROCs), depending on clients requirements, operational environment and other factors. ROCs can be linked to hthe GSOC or function independently.

Operation Control Centres perform many functions inccluding;

  • Security guard tracking and monitoring

  • Vehicle tracking & monitoring

  • CCTV surveillance monitoring

  • Incident & emergency response coordination

  • Alarm & IoT monitring

  • Drone monitoring and coordination

  • Open source intelligence (OSINT) as operational support

Control room operatives include:

  • certified medics

  • risk management professionals

  • crisis management professionals

  • CCTV operatives

  • emergency response dispatchers

  • OSINT specilaists

Since VGRM relies primarily on the AI surveillance system, we need not deploy large numbers of patrol guards. And this results in significant cost reduction, allowing VGRM to deploy response teams that are highly trained and well equiped. Response teams come in various team configurations and utilise various modes of transport depending on context;

  • Certified first responders (medics)

  • Armed and unarmed security personnel

  • Firfighting personnel & equipment

  • K9 units for;

    • deterence

    • force multiplier

    • suspect search

    • suspect engagement & apprehenssion

    • crowd control

    • bomb detection

Emergency Response teams can be equipped with a multitude of equipment and resources, to include;

  • First aid kits and trauma packs

  • Defibulator

  • Firefighting equipment

  • Weapon systems

  • Drones & ROVs

    • Site/incident advance and reconnaisance

    • Suspect & vehicle tracking

    • Facial and licence plate recognition

    • Recording of incident for legal evidence

  • Mace canisters

  • Foldable bullet proof sheilds

LEVERAGING MISSION-CRITICAL AERIEL CAPABILITIES

VGRM leverages and delivers mission-critical aerial capabilities by deploying unmanned aeriel systems (UAS) capabilities once thought impossible, and integrates UAS technology within security operations.

Our fleet of unmanned aircraft includes Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) fixed wing and heavy lift hmulti-rotar systems. We use the latest AI-enabled sensors and anti-collision technologies linked to long range data radios and, where required, global SATCOM systems.

VGRM uses modular airframes, allowing for a variety of rapidly swappable payloads. This culminates in a fleet of truly versatile platforms, capable of delivering high performance across a range of applications;

  • Surveillance

  • Incident & threat detection

  • Site & operational advances

  • Incident & emergency response

AUTONOMOUS PATROLLING VIA UAS

VGRM deploys drones that are housed in docking stations which are placed strategically throughout the site we are securing. The drones recharge while docked, and preiodically and autonomously deploy to conduct routine patrolling and surveillance tasks. The payloads (cameras) are linked to the AI surveillance system (above) and thus are able to autonomously;

  • Run facial and license plate recognition

  • Weapon detection

  • intrusion detection

  • Incident and threat detection

  • Detect black listed persons

  • Detect unanttended items

  • Detect human commotions

  • Detect dangerous crowd density

INCIDENT RESPONSE - DRONES AS AN AVATAR

Every site/facility we protect is connected to a security operations contol centre (SOC) who's function is to manage the AI surveillance system, and to coordinate incident and emergency response. While the drones can autonomously respond to incidents, SOC staff can assume control of the drone, effectively rendering the drone as an avatar through which the SOC operators can;

  • Gain visual/audio situational awareness of an incident

  • Converse through a loudspeaker fitted on the drone

    • to give medical advise to an injured persons(s)

    • warn and deter intruders/criminals

    • Interact with site visitors/staff

  • Run facial & licence plate recognition

  • Track /follow suspect persons/vehicles

K9 SECURITY TEAMS

VGRM's subsidiary, Anubis K9 Ltd. is a specialised K9 security company reigstered in the UK. With global operational capabilities and dedicated K9 facilities in KSA and Egypt. Anubis K9 provides K9 security services, trained working dogs and training for military, law enforcement and ernterprise.

Together, we have the capability to deploy K9 teams worldwide to support security operations and provide mission critical capabilities such as;

  • Deterent

  • Access control

  • Force multiplier

  • Crowd control

  • Bomb detection

  • Narcotic detection

  • Intruder detection

  • Suspect search

  • Suspect engagement & apprehenssion

ANUBIS K9's doctrine, methodology and standard operating procedures are modelled on MWD standards and procedures, then adapted and refined to better suit civil and commercial operational environments and objectives - Contract/Civil Working Dogs (CWDs).

The MWD/CWDs senses of sight, smell, and hearing enhance  his detection capabilities and provide commanders with a physical and psychological deterrent to criminal  activity. Properly trained MWD/CWDs can prevent an intruder or suspect from escaping. When necessary, the  MWD/CWD provides an added dimension of physical force as an alternative to the use of deadly force. Public  knowledge of MWD team capabilities provides military police and various security forces with a  formidable deterrent wherever the MWD/CWD team is employed.
